Windows 10: Visual C++

I just uninstalled all of my Visual C++ files mistaking it for malware, what is the easiest way to reinstall them all? Could you let me know which ones I need currently. Is there much to be worried about should i avoid using my computer until they are reinstalled? If you could help I would really appreciate it, thank you so much!!

Microsoft Visual 2017 C++ msi wont install.

To check follow the steps:

• Type Default programs & select programs & features.
• Check if Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
  is installed.

If yes suggest you to uninstall & reinstall Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
& check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists I would suggest you to contact the game manufacturer.
