    Useless?

    So I have these random programs on my laptop and I want to remove them but I suspect that it may effect my computer, so are these files necessary.

    I have successfully upgraded Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro [Version 10.0.10586].

    Some of them aren't supported by Windows 10 for example MSXML 4.0 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2758694

    Could I remove the all above components? or just some of them?

    Programs install the version they need, thus so many installs on your system. You might read this - Why Are There So Many “Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables” Installed on My PC?

    To answer your other question, if a program asks to install it, do so... unless you know for a fact one of the installed versions already works with said program. And if the program asks to install and you click yes, you don't need to manually install. That's why the program asked to install.

    And those files don't take up a lot so space unless you're desperate to reclaim about 250 meg of storage space (about what mine is) so I wouldn't remove them.

    My two cents.
