Windows 10: Visual Glitch in Windows 10?

So, I come back to my PC and see this on my screen, at first I thought it was a crack in my monitor with a dead pixel, but whenever I moved my mouse over it, it wouldn't be there, it showed over every single window, including games in full screen. So I took a snip of it and it showed up in the snip, which proves that its not anything to do with my monitor, so I restarted, and now its fixed, I just want to know, what the hell was it?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Glitching After Updating To Windows 10
