Windows 10: Visual Studio Professional 2022 - license applied after install does not show up under Dev...

To be specific and explicit - I am talking about Visual Studio PROFESSIONAL 2022, and not the community version.I have installed VS Pro 2022. I have successfully applied the product key. VS Pro 2022 shows as being fully and properly registered see 1st screenshot below. However, said registration is not being properly recognized under the Dev Essentials site under my Microsoft Account.Whenever I go to the Product Keys section, I can see prior product keys for things like MSSQL 2000 and VS Express 2010, but the VS Pro 2022 still shows the “Claim Key” entry 2nd screenshot that only tells me t

Visual Studio Professional Standalone License Questions

For the Visual Studio 2022 Professional Standalone License, I have two questions:

a) Is the software only intended for businesses/enterprises, or can it be used by / is it intended for an individual developer without an organization?

b) Can I upgrade (as in from VS 2019 to 2022, not bug/feature updates) to future Visual Studio versions without paying for the licensed software again?

Note: This is not an operating system (like Windows 10) specific question. The software in question is Windows-based.

 

How can I associate my Visual Studio 2022 install with Visual Studio installer?

I have a Visual Studio 2022 install, I want to add components to it but Visual Studio Installer says "No products are installed"

Clicking the button from the Visual Studio installer shows this window (I can't add the image, so I will symbolically type it out):
