Windows 10: visuals c++

i was on a game then i got an error and kicked me off my game and i had a look and it said i have to install mircosoft visuals c++ runtime packages and it wont let me install it keeps on coming on with an error everytime i do try so what should i do ?

microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86 won't install

To check follow the steps:

• Type Default programs & select programs & features.
• Check if Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
  is installed.

If yes suggest you to uninstall & reinstall Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
& check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists I would suggest you to contact the game manufacturer.
