Windows DVD crashing

Uninstall the windows dvd player app then install it again... if it doesn't help then I would suggest you to install VLC Media Player. It can play DVD Movies very well and its free to

dowload and install.

Why VLC Media Player Version 2.2.4 doesn't play in Windows 10

Sir I have face trouble playing video files with vlc media player 2.2.4 version in windows 10, kindly tell the solution.

 

Pressing the Download button gives you the 32-bit version.




Expand the download options to reveal the 64 bit download

 

I see different download options.
I see this with Pale Moon and IE running Win 10 RTM, everything is up to date.
I would like to have the Zip package option you have, i want the portable version (Zip package).
I now know how to get to the portable version, but it's a pita.
It would be simpler for me if i had your options.

Here is what i see with IE11 (same with Pale Moon) clicking on the "down arrow" for download options.

Thanks Cluster Head, but that is not what i'm looking for.
Those links are for for 2.2.4 specifically.
I can navigate to all the versions to get the latest, but it's a pita.

I would like an easier way to get to the latest version of the portable zip.
To me it looks like Slartybart has this option, and i don't *Sad

For me that link works like yours in Win 10.
It works differently in Win 7 and doesn't offer the Zip option *Confused
I'll save it and see how it works with the next release.
I've also got the link to the FTP archive and that lists everything, from there i can get the portable version with any OS.
