Windows 10: VLSC Business Account unrecognised

Hello,Having an issue with a newly-enrolled school with a VLSC account. The account should have Edu Pro licences that we need access to, but cannot sign in correctly with the provided business account.I can't upload any screenshots because the upload fails for whatever reason.The page received when trying to sign in says"Thank you for registering. The business email provided during registration is not affiliated with an Open Licence and/or Volume Licence Agreement"The business email provided in a registration email and I've followed the steps to open that in a private browser with no other sig

How to delete Microsoft VLSC account

Hey Microsoft Support Team, I have query about Microsoft Volume License Center (VLSC) registration.

I just wanted to see how VLSC works and created VLSC account using my hotmail account.

For that matter I entered my hotmail account also as business email which doesn't have open license agreement.

Now I am stuck with signed in VLSC page and I want to delete my account!!

 

VLSC Confirmation mail not get

Im trying to step by step to create vlsc portal. After giving business mail i submitted but there are no mail in my inbox from microsoft volume license service. im trying 2 or 3 time but same problem. no confirmation main get in business mail ID.

Plz help.... What can i do now.

About VLSC

Hi,

I recently encountered VLSC, and all I know is that it allows us to download microsoft softwares. May I know more about VLSC? If i have a valid business email, will i be able to access VLSC and download softwares from there? Thank you.
