Windows 10: VMMEM crushing my RAM with BlueStacks running

bluestack app is not working in windows 10

Thank you for the update.

• What is the system specification of the computer you are using?

Basic required is:

2 GB RAM

1 GB graphic card

Some versions of Bluestack are also available for 1 GB RAM and lower graphics card however, you may receive error installing it

If your system meets the above requirement, I would suggest you to uninstall Bluestack and restart the computer.

Install back again and check.

Iam having vmmem process running. Help

Iam having vmmem process running in my Windows since a month but dont have any Virtual Machine or software running in Background what to do on that ,Its just consuming 90% of my ram even when not using any software or even when not doing any heavy usage such as gaming,browsing,etc.

 

VMMEM running and consuming 1.5gb, with no VM or WSL installed

I have a PC that was only installed 2 weeks ago that is running the VMMEM process and is consuming 1.5gb of RAM. I don't have HyperV, Docker or any other VM product installed nor do I have WSL installed.

I understand that VMMEM is actually jsut a Task Manager virtual process, but what is kicking it off when none of the things that normally do are even installed on this machine?
