  1. VMs in Hyper V seem to go to sleep

I have a bunch of VMs in Hyper V. They run applications in MS Access that check for network data every 3 minutes.Sometimes they run for a couple of days with no issues, sometimes they have issues several times in a day.Issue: The VMs seem to go to sleep, but if you connect to them with Remote Desktop, they wake up. So for example there is a log of when they make checks. The log will show that they made their checks every 3 minutes then suddenly stopped, but when I log in, they have already made a check because the act of logging in wakes them up and it takes longer to log in than do the che

    No sleep options on Hyper-V

Do you have a specific need to have sleep available in a VM, or is your question just out of curiosity? If you just want to suspend its activity, then 'restore down' to have the VM connection in a window on your host machine. Then Pause is available in the Action menu and on the toolbar.

If you specifically need sleep/hibernate for test purposes then no, neither sleep or hibernation are available to the guest OS in a Hyper-V VM. It is possible to enable hibernation for a Hyper-V VM though....
How to enable Sleep/Hibernate on a Hyper-V guest VM? - Super User

Sleep is probably not possible, even on a physical machine it requires a video driver that supports Standby (S3). It's unlikely that the 'Microsoft Hyper-V Video' HyperVideo.sys driver does.

Unassign Hyper V VM with deleted User account

Hyper V is not assigned based on user accounts.

Hyper V is a server feature that allows you to create VMs but they are not assigned to users.

Can you post a screenshot of what you are referring to?

And then share on a cloud drive and post link here for me to look at?

Also what are the steps you are doing to "assign" the VM to another User?

    Move Hyper-V VM Without Reactivating?

According to this (How do I avoid needing to activate Windows when I move a VM? [Hyper-V]) link it is possible to move a Hyper V VM to a new host without having to reactivate the guest OS by exporting
it and importing it. Are there any additional steps I should know about or is it as simple as find the export and then import (on the new host) options/buttons?
