Windows 10: VMWare Windows 10 to VMWare Windows 11 on a Mac M4

I have a copy of Windows 10 on my old Mac running virtually through VMware Fusion. I bought a new Mac which has a M4 processor, my old copy of windows 10 won't run on it. I downloaded the ARM version of Windows and installed great, however, the activation code from my previous version of windows won't activate it. Do I need to purchase a new activation?

Windows 10 Activation within VMWare Fusion

I just moved from using bootcamp on my Mac to virtualizing Windows 10 within VMWare Fusion Pro 11 for my Mac. Windows 10 had the digital activation key in bootcamp but now I cannot get Windows to reactivate since I have reinstalled windows 10 in VMWare.
I can see that some of the "hardware" has changed, not really, but what Microsoft is seeing it has since it is coming through the VMWare client.

Does anyone know how to reactivate Windows within VMWare? Also, where in the world can I actually chat with a Microsoft Rep? The online chat always forces me to call Microsoft.

I have a few questions about VMware

1. Is VMware pro now really free for personal use?

2. Once I had it installed and it added a network, is it ok?

3.Is it ok to use VMware?

4. Is it better to use VMware or hyper - v?

5. Can I have hyper - v enabled and install VMware with Windows hypervisor platform?

Also I tried installing windows 11 in a VM in hyper - v but I couldn't start the installation because I couldn't use my mouse and keyboard, how can I fix it? Shouldn't I try to use VMware instead of hyper - v
