Windows 10: Voice Access not working in windows 11 insider build

I recently upgraded to windows 11 on my laptop, I was very excited to use the new features so I switched to Dev Insider channel. Recently this feature called "Voice Access" was launched and I updated to the latest version to test it out however, when I try to run it using settingsor the start menu it doesn't open. I checked the task manager when I opened it and surprisingly Voice Access appears in the background programs list for a moment and then disappears. I also noticed that momentarily windows problem reporting also pops up in the task manager and then disappears as well.Here's an image

Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

  Type narrator in the search bar and press enter.
  
• 
  Click on voices
  
• 
  And select find other voices that work with Narrator.

IE 11 not working

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
