Windows 10: Voice access preview confusion

On my other Windows 11 devices it's simply called 'Voice access'. I had to restore my laptop back to factory default settings a while back, so do you think it could be related to that? When I go to C - Windows - System32 - the application there is named VoiceAccess and was last modified 12th July 2023. Do I need to be concerned? Thanks so much! Just to confirm, this Windows 11 laptop is fully update with Windows updates and is on 22H2.

Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

  Type narrator in the search bar and press enter.
  
• 
  Click on voices
  
• 
  And select find other voices that work with Narrator.

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

• Since when have you been experiencing this issue?
• Were there any changes on your PC before this happened like software or updates installed?

For initial troubleshooting, we suggest that you follow the steps listed below:

• Open File Explorer.
• Access this link
  
  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer
• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
