    voice access problems


    my voice access keeps shutting off with message "speech recognition has encountered a problem please try again error 2001." If I go to the services window and restart window audio end point builder it will turn voice access on but after a few minutes it turns off again. I have gone to settings and turned off speech recognition and turned on voice access. I try the trouble shoot program and it says it no longer can be used. when I have the problem, I also restart human interface device service and windows audio nothing has worked.
