Windows 10: voice clips not following in export CLIPCHAMP

when i export my video the downloaded file takes some of my voice out of clips. its not all of them and its not the ones of me cursing, so i dont know what the problem is.ALSO I CANNOT CHOOSE THE CORRECT PRODUCT/TOPIC CLIPCHAMP FOR THIS SO I WILL BE CHOOSING COMMUNITY CENTER

Yes, you can create a shared folder in Clipchamp and share the link with your group members to upload their video clips. To do this, you can follow these steps:



1. Sign in to your Clipchamp account and click on the "Create a new project" button.

2. Select "Upload media" and then click on "Create new folder".

3. Name the folder and click on "Create".

4. Click on the "Share" button next to the folder name.

5. Copy the link and share it with your group members.



By default, only you will have access to the uploaded clips. However, you can change the sharing settings to allow others to view or edit the clips if needed. To do this, click on the "Share" button again and select the appropriate sharing settings. Clipchamp keeps muting music at random after exporting a video. Any solutions?

Hi guys, so after exporting my 5:49 sec video on clipchamp, every single time there is a part of a music clip that is muted out of nowhere for about 15 seconds before reappearing again. This issue only occurs after exporting, not when editing. I've checked and there are no gaps within the audio either. Anyone know a solution to this? everything support suggested failed to work and I just bought premium, so I feel a tad ripped off.
