Windows 10: Voice Package can't be installed

HelloI try to install Chinese Voice Package to my PC but it always come up with the screenshot, anyone knows how to install it and how to explain the YELLOW warning. thank you so much.I can't attach the images?

ovi maps and own voice package

I have download a voice package with "Own Voice for Ovi Maps-app", but i could not select this voice package in Ovi maps. The voice package is not listed.

I use 3.03 Ovi maps.



I can not update or redowld the "Own Voice for Ovi Maps"app.

I use the newest "OviMaps"

What can i do that this app works ?

Has anybody the same problem

Problem with voice packages

Hello,

Im struggling with installing voice recognition. I've installed English(United States) package with speech etc.

However my Installed voice packages shows 0mb

Same goes to when I go to Accessibility -> Speech and try to turn Windows Speech Recognition to on I got error "Speech Recognition could not start because language config is not supported"

I've ran sfc check etc. Languages are everywhere se t to Eng(US) and still cant manage to run Speech Recognition which is crucial for me at the moment.

The above error can occur if the locally cached Windows Installer package (*.msi) file is damaged or corrupted.

To rectify the above, I suggest that you try the steps mentioned below and check if you are able to install the software successfully.

• Open the \Windows\Installer folder on your computer's hard disk.
• Right-click any file with an .msi extension.
• Click Properties on the shortcut menu. The
  Subject box on the Summary tab contains the name of the product that installed the .msi file.
• Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each .msi file in the \Installer folder, and delete the .msi file for the software that you are trying to install.
