Windows 10: voice recroder was last accessed 2022-09-25, is this the reason now I can not use it, also

When I want to use voice recorder the messages says mic is not working, however in past it worked. Today I noticed in the Windows desktop apps and privacy the voice recorder was last accessed in September 25 of 2022. Refer screen shot.Other than that can I select software which can access microphone other than applicationsshowing in Windows desktop apps and privacy. Are there any other voices for Narrator in the Ease of Access in Windows 10?

  Type narrator in the search bar and press enter.
  
• 
  Click on voices
  
• 
  And select find other voices that work with Narrator.

How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2  

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.
