Windows 10: Voice Typing error 0x800704cf

My Windows 11 machine gets the error code 0x800704cf when I try to use Voice Typing Windows+H. The code tells me I am not connected to the Internet, but I am. The feature worked just days ago, but yesterday 8/30/22 I got the code. Help.

• Hit Enter to proceed.
