Windows 10: voicemail message

    Trouble saving voicemail number

    To access my voicemail it is my phone number, a pause and 4 digit pin.



    I did the following steps:

    • Turned off default voicemail number
    • Added a , (for pause) at end of my phone number
    • Added the 4 digit pin
    I get the following error message We're having trouble saving your voicemail number right now. Try again later.



    Any suggestions on how to correct this?

    Hi,

    Probably the OS build version of your phone is not updated, or the voicemail service is not enabled with your network provider. For us to resolve this, please answer the following questions:

    • Which Windows versions is currently running on your phone?
    • Are you getting an error code or message?
    • Have you contacted your network provider to check if the voicemail service is enabled?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

    voicemail messages

    Sometimes I have to check my voicemail by actually usuing the voicemail button to check messages. Sometimes I get a message that comes as a written voicemail message and I can press the attachment to listen to the voicemail but one I do that I can't find
    how to listen to it again later. Any solutions?:
