Windows 10: Volume Bar Stuck at 20% Neither going Up nor Down

Hello Community,I am regular windows 11 user. I use it to attend my online classes. Yesterday, I noticed that the volume bar of my windows is stuck where it was previously. I tried to lower and raise the volume but it acts unaffected. And the volume also almost remains unaffected.I request you all to suggest me some solution for the problem.Thank You,Kavyansh Pratap Singh

Volume bar won't go away/volume stuck at 100

In sound bar also show down due to which application that error happened then you have to go to task manager and in performance tab search that application and click end task, then press high or down volume key and automatically sound bar disappeared.

Hi, I had the same issue recently on my Surface Pro 6. Whenever I tried to press the volume down button, it would instantly recharge to 100. I tried to change it manually by adjusting the bar on the screen but it would still recharge immediately to 100.
I realised that it was my volume up button that was stuck down, so I gave it some oomph and it fixed itself and I could now freely change the volume.
