Windows 10: Volume change does not work properly

When I try to change the volumeoverall, system using the volume slider or fn keys, the volume changes only every 6 points. E.g. the volume is the same for 12,14 and 116, but gets much higher at 18 and lower at 10. All drivers are up-to-date and no additional software is installed. There are no issues on Ubuntu/Android, so the headphones are probably not at fault.I'm using Windows 11 Home 23H2 22631.3447.

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.

  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
