    Windows 11 OS Build 22621.1105 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22638.1000.0First of all, I tried to submit this using the Feedback feature on Windows Desktop, and I was getting a perpetual loading circle-spiral-thing.My actual issue is with using a pair of bluetooth headphones. When I frst pair the device, I am able to use volume control. After I disconnect and reconnect the device, volume control does not work anymore. I have tried using the Bluetooth troubleshooter, tried restarting bluetooth, and tried reconnecting the device. The only thing that works is re-pairing the devi

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Hi,

    I installed windows 10 and have a problem with my USB headset. I googled the problem and found no solutions.

    The headset works fine but i can´t control the volume, the volume bar appears but does not work i can put the settings at 0 or 100% and the audio is always loud. I use speakers too and they work fine volume and all. I set the headset as active and as the
    default comunication but the audio bar just does nothing.

    A few days ago a got some alternative drivers from Cmedia for windows 8 and they solved the problem, unfortunately i deleted them and cant find the website where i got them.

    USB headset is a Genius HS-04U

    Appreciate if anyone could help.
