Windows 10: Volume failed

Hello my laptop had an bios update and so i updated it but the i realised that my volume is not going up or down like i think its stuck at 100% when i open a vid i click on the up and down thing for volume and on my screen i can see that the % going up and down but the volume it self is not doing anything i tried to Format my laptop but i guess i did it for nothing. so please if there is someone that can help let me know! i need my laptop for school.

type in list volume..... your array volume should come up.... if so

type in Select volume 7
assign
