    Volume fluctuates when switching windows?


    If I have audio playing in the background of something, say a YouTube video or SoundCloud playlist, and I minimize the tab it's playing in, the volume will greatly increase for a fraction of a second. This also occurs when fullscreening a video. I was just wondering why this happens and how to get it to stop if possible. Thanks in advance for any answers.

    Fluctuating Speaker Volume

    like the overall system volume? or just the volume of the sub?

    try just changing the volume within windows.

    Volume fluctuates. Using any music app, Pandora, Xbox Music, Spotify. Almost seems like adaptive speed volume malfunction.

    its only when i change it using the dial connected to the sub

    volume control in windows doesnt seem to suffer
