    whenever i play any audio or video my volume goes from 100 to zero and vice-versa. i have tried every thing from reinstalling the drivers to reinstalling windows on my laptop and also changing the setting in audio enhancements.

    Volume fluctuates. Using any music app, Pandora, Xbox Music, Spotify. Almost seems like adaptive speed volume malfunction.

    For us to provide you the most appropriate assistance, kindly provide us the information below.

    1. What is the make and the model number of the computer?
    2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using?
    3. What happens after turning off Audio Enhancements as mentioned in method 1?

    I’d suggest you to reset App volume and device preferences to Microsoft recommended defaults and check.

    1. Press Windows key + I together to open
      Settings.
    2. Click on System > Sound >
      App volume and device preferences.
    3. Click on Reset.
