Windows 10: volume goes up and down when i press a key on my hardware keyboard

hey I am having an issue where when I click the key "H" on my keyboard volume goes up by 2 and when I press the "N" key volume goes down by 2 how can I fix itfor extra information it doesn't happen when I use my laptop in-built keyboard

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

Volume buttons won't work

• Are you referring to the volume key on the keyboard?
• What is the make and model of the laptop?
• Have you installed all the latest drivers?

If not I suggest you to go to the manufacturer website and install the latest keyboard drivers and check if that helps, post that suggest you to run the hardware troubleshooter and check for the issue.
