Windows 10: Volume Increases and Decreases Entirely On Its On

Hello. I have Windows 11 on my home computer. The volume increases and decreases entirely on it's own. When whatever I'm watching or listening to gets quiet the volume adjusts to make it quieter. When something loud happens the volume increases, again, entirely on its own.I've performed every check and every solution offered on this website. I've watched dozens of youtube videos trying to solve this issue and nothing works. I have simply tried every option available to me. Nothing works. Even something as satisfying and harmless as listening to music in my own home has become impossible. It's

Volume increases and decreases by itself while listening to music on Lumia 520

I purchased Noika Lumia 520 7 days ago. Whenever I listen to music the volume increases and decreases by itself and volume keys don't work at that time. I am facing this problem for last two days. Volume suddenly increases or decreases by itself. Please
suggest solutions.

 

Not able to see slider when increasing/ decreasing volume

When I am trying to increase the volume or decreasing the volume by pressing the volume buttons , the slider that was showing before is now not visible. Now, from where will I increase or decrease the volume? Please help me out in this.

then actually there is no effect. The song will continue
