Windows 10: volume increases by itself to 100% and tabing on application's icon in taskbar doesn't WORK

Discus and support volume increases by itself to 100% and tabing on application's icon in taskbar doesn't WORK in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I just reset my pc and delete all application, but the issue remains.     volume increases by itself to 100% and tabing on application's icon in taskbar doesn't WORK


    I just reset my pc and delete all application, but the issue remains. I dont know what should I do.Is this a physical damage or software damage? How a physical damage can affect on selection application's tab in taskbar? I must minimize other apps to access one on top. selecting from taskbar doesn't work. Also, I have realteck high definition audio driver. I must disable it because of this issue. My laptop is HP spectre x360.
