Windows 10: Volume licencing for 30 to 40 computers

Hey there! I'm looking at some volume licencing for Windows 10 on behalf of a friend in Thailand.

One Windows Pro licence is usually 200 USD. Is there a volume discount for between 30 to 40 computers?

Volume licencing for Schools

There is a lot of information on MS Education - all the benefits etc what I am trying to find is a price list or something similar I have been going around in circles from one page to another but cannot seem to find a simple price guide and what the requirements
are.

I know this is not a support or sales forum but hopefully someone else has gone though this process.

We currently have windows 10 pro installed on 23 computers - we upgraded for free from windows 7 - we have office 365 for education "free tier" I have refreshed one of the computers and logged in with my School email during setup - it now shows as windows
10 pro Education so I presume I can provision one machine and roll it out to the rest of the lab?

We have an additional 20 - 30 computers which run windows 7 / 10 purchased in Thailand with OS pre installed I have no idea if they have legitimate licences or not.

So I have been tasked with getting all computer licences "in Thailand I imagine that's a novelty"

Where can I find the price for volume licencing? Do I need a licence per PC or per user?

Is there a price guide available and where would I purchase licences from?

Try the below suggested steps.

Method 1

1. Unplug all the external devices except Mouse and Keyboard.
   
2. Try to reboot the device and check the status of the issue.
   

Method 2

I would suggest you to perform Power drain by following the suggested steps.

1. Press and hold the Power Button down for 30-40 seconds.
   
2. Hold the Volume Rocker up and Power ON for almost 20 second.
   
3. Release the power button and wait for next 10-15 seconds.
   
4. Press the power button to turn on your Surface and check the status of the issue.

type in Select volume 7
assign
