    Does a volume mak channel ever expire???

    Hi,

    VOLUME licenses are for business user and if not rearmed by a KMS, they will someday expire. If you are an home user, then you need to buy a proper RETAIL license, because is illegal to use a VOLUME license on home use device.

    However, if you want to know when your license will expire, you can:

    1. Digit "cmd" in windows search bar

    2. Right click on "Command Prompt"

    3. Select "Run as Administrator"

    4. Digit "slmgr /xpr" without quote and press ENTER

    The command prompt will return your license expiration date.

    I was able to replicate the error using aVL install media
