Windows 10: Volume not responding

Hi all,I am experiencing two audio problems and I hope someone might know how to solve it. i My laptop speaker's volume does not change when I change the volume in Windows unless I set it all the way to 0, then it does mute. It does change when I change the volume in, say, Youtube, so I think it's a Windows or driver issueii My laptop is not recognising the audio jackI'm not sure whether they are related or what caused these issues. I've tried running the Troubleshooting wizard and uninstalling all sound drivers; no success so far.Specs:Windows 10Dell XPS 13Realtek Audio driverAny help is

type in list volume..... your array volume should come up.... if so

type in Select volume 7
assign

2. If the particular game is listed, turn down the volume and check the result.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
