Windows 10: volume not working on windows 11

hello! i am new to using computers so this may just be a me issue, but ive noticed since yesterday my laptop randomly turned off, logged me out of all my accounts and since i got back in my volume is permanently muted and wont let me turn it up, when i try the volume bar is a dark grey rather then the white/purple it usually is and i cannot interact with it, i have tried messing with my settings several times, powering down my laptop, connecting other devices, troubleshooting etc but nothing seems to work, when i tried using apps like spotify it says that the songs arent available to play on m

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
