    Hey,

    When I turn up the volume while playing music or a vidéo, the play pause next and previous icons do not appear. I do have the box near the volume, but only rectangles are displayed.

    Windows 10 Missing and greyed out volume icon fix!

    Help! I'm also having trouble with a greyed out volume button since the Windows 10 upgrade on

    September 17. When I go into Settings, Taskbar, Turn System Icons on or off, the volume button is greyed out. What can I do to change that?

    Did you go through steps #11 to #15 including Restart ?

    I just used the Disable Power download and after restart, it gone.
    I am now going to run the Enable Power Download to bring it back.

    Volume is increasing when media is paused and then played !

    When I pause and then play media in applications , be it VLC player , Windows Media Player or any other , the volume increases automatically ! HELP PLEASE ! It is really frustrating adjusting volume very time I pause and play.
