Windows 10: volume problem

a couple hours ago i closed my windows 10 laptop for a while and i came back, i had to go shopping so i turned it off and when the screen went off everything else didn't not my wifi usb or the light next to it so i force shut off and there was a white screen for a split second. when i came back i turned up and down the volume nothing changed so i use the volume on my bluetooth headphones. i went to the volume settings and there was no setting which is what is going on. help?

type in list volume..... your array volume should come up.... if so

type in Select volume 7
assign

1. After opening the game, right click on the sound icon in the taskbar and select "open volume mixer".

2. If the particular game is listed, turn down the volume and check the result.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...


That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
