Windows 10: Volume

All of a sudden I cant use my mouse to click on volume icon on taskbar to change volume it worked earlier now its dead in the water I have volume I just have to manually click the volume up or down instead of as always just click the icon to raise or lower the volume

I have looked under sound/audio/controls I cant find anything to do to make it work again

there is nothing I have changed or done any different for it to go from working to not working

how can I fix this

type in list volume..... your array volume should come up.... if so

type in Select volume 7
assign
