Windows 10: VPN Issues

This issue cropped up yesterday and I really can't get my head around it. Since March I've been working from home and I set my personal desktop PC up with everything I'd need to work, identical to how it is on my work laptop. The most important bit is the VPN's and mapped network drives.

There are 2 mapped network drives: 192.168.100.1 and 192.168.100.2.

There are 2 VPNs, one goes through an old ADSL line to the office and another through our newer Fibre Optic line. We'll call them ADSL VPN and Fibre VPN.

As mentioned in the first paragraph, both PC and laptop have these network drives and VPNs setup identically and they both worked perfectly before yesterday morning.

I always use the ADSL VPN, for whatever reason the Fibre VPN can be a lot slower and you just end up waiting for files and folders to open from the network drive when using it. I only keep the Fibre VPN settings there as a backup option.

Yesterday I connected to the ADSL VPN as usual on my PC but was unable to access the network drive on 192.168.100.1 however I could open up 192.168.100.2 just fine. At first I thought one of my colleagues was rebooting that server or something but after verifying that it was up and running, I knew it was my problem. Opened up my laptop, conencted to the ADSL VPN and I was able to open the network drive on both .1 and .2.

On the PC, I swapped to the Fibre VPN and I was then able to access .1. The only combination where I can't access .1 is on the PC using the ADSL VPN, despite the fact I can access .2 when using that. Pinging has the same outcome, I can ping everything apart from .1 when using the ADSL VPN.



Any ideas on what could be causing this or how to fix it? I'm continuing to use the Fibre VPN for now but as I mentioned before, it can be a bit sluggish at times.
