Windows 10: VPN not working

    VPN not working


    Since the latest update on Windows 10 2004 build 19041.450, I cannot use any type of VPN on my laptop. I have tried using ExpressVPN their own client, it shows it is connected but I cannot browse the internet. Also I tried using VPN Unlimited their own client, it shows again that is connected, but the IP address remains the same.


    I have never faced this issue before and I have been using both the mentioned VPNs for over a few years.


    I tried using both the above mentioned VPNs on my android phone and they work perfectly fine.


    I would appreciate if someone can tell me what the issue is.

    Hi everyone.
    I am not an expert about Vpn and that's why I would like to know if someone could list me a few trusted Vpns, I would really appreciate any suggestion/ advice.

    Hi,

    To address your concern, provide the answers to the following:

    • Is your WiFi enabled when trying to connect to VPN?
    • Were you able to use WiFi without connecting to VPN?

    If you can use WiFi properly without connecting to VPN, we suggest that you refer to your company's IT folks.
