Windows 10: VPN Problem

Hi


Since the last windows update when I connect to the internet via VPN the task bar icon for the router states "unidentified server no internet access". If I switch VPN off I can access the internet.


Thought this was due to problem with VPN however, I have the option to use one of two VPNs, which are completely independent. Irrespective of which VPN I use I cannot access the internet.


Any help would be much appreciated.
