    VPN/Recall Clash


    I was wondering if anyone else has experienced not being able to connect to their VPN I use SurfShark for internet access. On the connection indicator, it would show the network connection as connected. I could ping successfully. I could not surf in any browser. I solved this by checking off settings one-by-one that could be the culprit. As soon as I turned off Windows Recall, my Surface Pro 11 updated email, text messages and let me get to the internet through browsers.
