Discus and support VPN? in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Hello,I have a problem with my brand new Acer laptop: when i use Proton VPN my pc shuts down and starts again,it do not reboot properly,I do not know...     Hello,I have a problem with my brand new Acer laptop: when i use Proton VPN my pc shuts down and starts again,it do not reboot properly,I do not know what to do.it has only happened one time,my security is McAfee Livesafe and Malwarebytes,please help*cry

    Windows update messed up my VPN connection. Cannot install TAP win32 driver

    After a recent windows update, my VPN (OpenVPN) or VPNC 0.9.10 is no longer working. I have tried to reinstall, but no luck. The VPN software installs fine but it requires the TAP win32 driver to be installed. In the device manager, I have TAP win32 driver
    visible but there is a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark. I tried to do an update driver and it loads but gets a timeout after about 5 minutes even though it says the driver is found.

    The openVPN software comes with a TAP win32 driver already and it gives the option to install the TAP win32 driver but that does not work.

    **what I need help with is to successfully install TAP win32 driver on my computer

    The only solution so far was to reinstall windows and lose everything which I am sick of doing and I refuse to do. Please help me!!
