Windows 10: VS Code and Python error: PermissionError: [WinError 5] Access is denied:...

Hello,I tried running VS Code as administrator but still get this errorermissionError: [WinError 5] Access is denied: 'C:\\users\\User\\AppData\\Local\\Application Data'but when I did a 'whoami' it shows <computername>\<user> - not administrator.How do I get around this?Thanks,V

Okay got it. Went to the directory Python 38 and Properties/Security and Permission to Users etc. Done ! *Smile

Recently i got a problem - windows defender has been blocking almost every python packages when I installing it through pip e g.

pip install pyrogram

It even was with numpy, I don't think that it has a virus. I read that microsoft removed way to turn off windows defender. What should I do? I know sometimes windefender can notice libraries as virus because it's extracting itself like a malvare, but it isn't.
