    VS Code won't type Capital S - displays alert: command 'sftp.config' not found


    I'm using Visual Studio Code.After giving up on configuring an sftp extension I deleted it. Now I can't type capital S because it displays an alert in the bottom right corner: command 'sftp.config' not found. If I type capital P it displays an alert saying: command 'ftp.mkdir' not foundIf deleting the extension does not actually delete the extension and it's files, what is the solution? Reinstall VS Code?This being a Microsoft app, I'm prepared for anything.

    I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

    Which steps did you perform? Was this from a clean boot?
    Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste this command: shutdown /r /o /f /t 00
    It will boot to the recovery options or windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
    Click troubleshooting and click reset this computer. You will be saving files. Applications and programs will be removed. Windows will be reinstalled.
    Enter your windows logon password.
    You will see getting things ready with rotating dots.
    Click resetting this PC.
    It will then display the HP logo with resetting this PC with rotating dots and a percentage.
