Windows 10: VS2003 to run in Windows 10 1703 Build

Discus and support VS2003 to run in Windows 10 1703 Build in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; There is a post here with the exact problem that I am encountering, however, I cannot revert to the last windows 10 build and reinstalling the software...     VS2003 to run in Windows 10 1703 Build


    There is a post here with the exact problem that I am encountering, however, I cannot revert to the last windows 10 build and reinstalling the software did not work. Is there any other way for me to run VS2003? I need to for a legacy program that the company that I work for uses.

    WINDOWS 10 UPDATE

    My laptop is running Windows 10 Version 1703 Build 15063.0. I cannot update to the latest version of windows 10 (build 16299.)

    Have you tried installing VS2008. It apparently supports conversion from VS2003..

    I'm not sure how much deprecated code changes will result, but if you are going to support a legacy app it should really be migrated to a supported platform, IMHO.

    Yeah, and the program failed miserably. We really cannot use the converted program that's why we really need this software. Am I left with reformatting my software to Windows 7? apparently, I can make VS2003 run in that OS, but that would mean another license to my part. (Thank you corrupt MS)
