Windows 10: VSS is stop the windows from shuting down

Hello,I have Windows 11 and sometimes I see at the windows logs>application the errorVolume Shadow Copy Service information: The COM Server with CLSID {4e14fba2-2e22-11d1-9964-00c04fbbb345} and name CEventSystem cannot be started. [0x8007045b, A system shutdown is in progress.] and alsoafter restart, that is stuck restarts and shutdowns,I'm after frsh installation of the windows, new computer anyhow.How to fix it?Thank you

an in-place upgrade repair install which keeps all progs, data and most settings

For better assistance, please share the information:

• Are you using the installation media in USB or a DVD/CD?
• Do you have any backup for Windows 10?

The issue might have been occurred while installing/upgrading to Windows 10. The services may have not been loaded at the time of installation. So, I suggest you to check if the VSS service is running in Services by following the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key + R key, type services.msc
  and press Enter.
• From the list of services, locate and right click on Volume Shadow Copy
  and select Properties.
• Check if the service is running. If not, set the startup type
  as Automatic, click on Apply and OK.
• Restart the system and check for status.
