Windows 10: VSS Volume Shadow Copy Service writes issue

Hi, I use Acronis True Image for backuping my PC and now I started to having issue - "There is not enough space on the volume where the snapshot storage is located"Acronis support wrote me:Since you're attempting to create a full PC backup, it requires a significant amount of storage space. It appears you're encountering storage-related issues. I recommend trying a disk-level backup for each individual backup present in your system to see if the issue persists.Additionally, based on the screenshots and logs you provided, the issue seems to be related to VSS Volume Shadow Copy Service wr

May want to review previous threads on VSS to see if any apply to your issue.

 

VSS (Shadow Copy)

We are using Windows 10 1703 with shadow copy enabled. For some reason on my own PC I am able to right click on a folder and see "Previous Versions" however for everyone else the list is empty. I can see the Volume Shadow Copy service does start up and run
however still do not see any folders in previous versions. Has anyone come across this before? We are not blocking or hiding the list.

On one of the computers the event log shows:

On other computers there are no errors but the previous versions list is still empty on those.
