Windows 10: VSTO addin for excel

Hi,

I have developed a VSTO addin for excel. I understand that Visual studio tools for office runtime should be installed in a workstation in order for the addin to work. and i need to install the addin using a service. So inorder for this to happen, VSTO should be installed at first. So can i bundle the vstor_redist.exe and the VSTO excel addin in my application. Or what is the best way to do so? Because if i am installing the addin using a windows service i have to install it using "vstoinstaller.exe /install Setup.exe /silent" command. So i need vsto runtime to be installed first.

VSTO is an add-in that is usually used by developers. For queries relating to VSTO, it would be best handled by MSDN forum. Were you able to post your query there? If not, we suggest

We'd like to confirm the following so we can identify if this is an issue with the Internet Explorer or the file itself:

• Have you tried to reset the Internet Explorer? Go to Settings> Internet Options> Advanced>Reset> OK. After that, kindly restart your computer.
  
• Does this happen to .vsto file only? Have you tried to save a different one?

 

VSTO

I would like to run a VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) add in designed for Outlook 2010 or 2013 on a Nokia 1020. The add in creates a form region for each calendar event that allows the user to enter information about the calendar event.
Is this possible?
