Windows 10: Vt-d problem

Hello please i have problem i have disabled v-d in bios but still have virtualisation enable in the task manager cpu can some one help me thx

Core isolation and memory integrity - UEFI settings (vt-d)

Hi folks.
A week ago I migrated to Windows 10 from Windows 7 on a well aged ivy bridge system. So far everything went very well and I'm glad I finally made the step. I'm just "breeding" over a subject that I just can't seem to find any hard information about.

Under "core-isolation" I activated the point "memory integrity", that wasn't activated after a clean install. It seems to work just fine. No problem whatsoever so far.
I have vt-x and vt-d activated in UEFI and I understand that vt-x obviously is essential for this feature. But what about vt-d? Does Windows 10 utilize this feature in any way for security purposes or can it be disabled? (Or the other way round, does it have to be disabled for some reason I don't know.)

 

Intel Vt-d feature disabled

As written in the bottom - if you press +/- when the focus is on Virtualization technology, should change it to enabled.

Similarly do for Intel VT-D, virtualization must be enabled.

The SB 'K' parts are specifically marketed to home desktop users interested in overclocking. Everything else with VT-d can be sold to corporate and government customers who might have the need for such a thing.

The C1 stepping of SB-E not having VT-d will only affect users who need hardware virtualization...
Although I'm sure it will also reduce the sales of SB-E to home users who have no use for VT-d, just because of the appearance of a problem (for their usage of the chip).
