when i change the volume it goes up by 2 and i want it to go up by 1 how do i do that

My lumia 920 is Hang, I can't restart. can u help me how to start?

My Lumia 920 hangs on a regular basis - it locks after the set time and then won't trn back on again. I have to reset it with the vulume and power buttons and I then have to reset the date and time which return to 1st September 2012!! It is extremely annoying
and a reason for not buying the phone. If I can't find a solution to it I will be returning to Blackberry. Does it happen more than any other phone? YES!

 

My HDD lost partition tables and partition formats , can I recover the windows 10 licence key?

Windows got crash and then it cant boot anymore , the Dell Recovery Os startup and it just stopped I try to view partitions with GNU/Linux distros but it apears like unformated volume but the efi vulume its ok

I have my laptop linked with my MS account and in the devices section it apears there , its any possibility to recover the windows licence key?
