    vx-6000 doesn't work under windows 10


    I recently took new computer as Microsoft not supported win 7. I have read a lot about how to use my LifeCam vx-6000. But every time I got message that old driver lifecam 3.2 not for windows 10. I don't understand WHY I should buy not just NEW COMPUTER but and NEW LifeCam too. It's absolutely wrong way!

    Lifecam VX-6000 No Longer Works in Windows 10

    Tried all three suggested troubleshooting steps. Installation still identifies that the program for installing Microsoft Lifecam VX-6000 drivers is incompatible with the version of Windows selected.

    VX-6000 no longer a trusted ally

    As of the moment, LifeCam Vx-6000 is designed to only work fully with the operating system listed from the support website:
    LifeCam VX-6000.

    Lifecam VX-6000 No Longer Works in Windows 10

    Download windows 10 vx-6000 webcam driver

    Install Microsoft VX-1000, VX-3000 or VX-6000 webcam on Windows 10 – Oueta

    Unzip it.

    Find the non working webcam in device manager.

    Use it's Update driver button and manually direct it to the unzipped folder.

    Because Microsoft is too lazy to make a driver for it's own device.

    Not too lazy to make the driver that used to work in windows10, nonfunctional.
