Windows 10: W 10 and POP email

Discus and support W 10 and POP email in Browsers and Email to solve the problem; Does anyone know if W 10 will allow POP email, W 8.1 does not.     Does anyone know if W 10 will allow POP email, W 8.1 does not. I can change my Cox email to Imap, but it is a real hassle and I don't want to if W 10 will use it.

    Attention Required for Yahoo Mail.

    I have added and deleted and re-added my Yahoo Account Mail for Windows 10 .. It still shows up as Attention Required. I add the password hit save and it works for maybe 15 minutes then the ATTENTION REQUIRED pops up again. This started about a week ago
    and W-10 was installed over 2 months ago.

    All my emails worked fine with w-7 an as well on my iphone6 and everything is sync'd but the messages now pops up. ??

    Who has a quick fix??

    TRANSFER eMAIL CONTACTS TO MY NEW W=10 LAPTOP

    I HAD ATT.NET eMAIL FOR MY OLD W-8 LAPTOP.

    JUST GOT A NEW W-10 ASUS LAPTOP.

    HAVE SET UP eMAIL ACCOUNT FOR MY ATT.NET eMAIL ADDRESS IN NEW W-10 LAPTOP.

    AM USING W-10 "MAIL".

    RECEIVING eMAILS; RESPONDING TO eMAILS; SENDING eMAILS........ ALL OK

    BUT, eMAIL CONTACTS WILL NOT TRANSFER.

    HOW DO I TRANSFER MY CONTACTS TO NEW W-10 LAP TOP??
