Windows 10: W10-64 taskbar does not retain setting

Discus and support W10-64 taskbar does not retain setting in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; When I unlock the task bar, then raise its height a notch, then lock it again, .. on the next boot, it is at the default height.     W10-64 taskbar does not retain setting


    When I unlock the task bar, then raise its height a notch, then lock it again, .. on the next boot, it is at the default height. Any help would be appreciated in advance.

    Cannot find the option to enable intel vt-x in Windows 10

    Based solely on my installation (via upgrade + clean install) of W10 on UEFI and non-UEFI bios pc's: The option to enter UEFI settings via Advanced Startup only appears when W10 has been properly installed as UEFI- more specifically- if you reinstall W10
    via usb meda- the UEFI INSTALLATION option should be selected (vs other compatibility choices) to ensure UEFI is retained.

    File Explorer jump list not working

    Hi!

    I have not been able to recreate the issue local. But I do remember unpinning the Taskbar file explore earlier then repining it.

    So in the start menu the "file explore" link has a jump also. Does it reflect pined and do they work?? If so unpin task bar file explore, then pin the start menu file explore to taskbar. also does internet explore taskbar icon jump links work??

    If this does not resolve you I will look at the jump list as it is kind of a context menu. Also I have show recently open items in Jump List or the Taskbar off in settings. I'm also on W10 pro no I have to check W10 Home.

    Did you add a toolbar or other item to the second row?
    If you don't, it will default back to the default height.

    No Sir. Not to my knowledge. All I do is unlock, raise the height, and relock. I just tried this:

    But no fix. Also, the powershell routine resulted in some errors.
